If you order a product and you decide that it is not right for you we will accept returns within 30 days for full price items and 14 days for sale items. We can only accept the product/s for a refund if the product is unused, has all the original tags and is accompanied with a receipt of purchase.
When returning items please use either Royal Mail or a courier of your choice and request a proof of postage. We regret that we cannot cover the cost of postage back to ourselves. Once we have received the product/s back and we are happy with the condition we will refund you using the original payment method, usually within 2 working days but this can vary with different banks. When returning a product/s please include your name, contact details, reason for return and original receipt of purchase.

If you believe your product/s to be faulty please contact us on either email@example.com or 01797229334 and we may be able to cover the cost of the return. If you require an alternative size in an item you purchased, we would recommend placing a new order for the new size and returning the size that is not suitable.
